We deliver your orders via delivery vans & cars.
Although we will endeavor to deliver your food orders within the indicated timeframe, any delivery times stated or agreed or represented are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by a number of factors, including those outside of our control such failure of equipment, bad weather and/or traffic conditions. While timely delivery is an important commitment, we place equal importance in ensuring the safety of our drivers/riders, and the due observance of traffic regulations.
Delivery Order is only confirmed when you received an email confirmation or invoice (corporate). Please email us at email@example.com if you did not receive any email confirmation or invoice.
All Delivery for big events includes settling up of equipment necessary for food consumption. Once setup our delivery personnel will leave for their next appointment and return for collection of woks and cookers. Additional charges apply for waitressing services
Mr. Steamboat service is subject to availability of resources. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.
Utensils are not provided for below 30 pax orders
Food package are pack sufficiently for the number of pax ordered
Mr. Steamboat ensures freshness of our food, hence, most of the items will be frozen when delivered.
Rental of Wok and Multi-Pot
This applies only to 50 pax and above. $20 rental for one set of wok and multi-pot.

All payments have to be verified by our staff prior to delivery, due to previous bad experiences with deliveries with unverified payments. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.
On the checkout page, you will be transferred to the payment gateway to complete your transaction. On successful completion, you will receive an email invoice confirming your order.
Refund or Return Policy
We not liable to provide a refund once an order has been confirmed and payment (full or part) has been received.
You may inform us 2 days in advance via email for any cancellation or reduction of food ordered. Any processing of refunds will be done on the next working day.
Access to Mr. Steamboat Site or hotline may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our Mr. Steamboat’s reasonable control. Mr. Steamboat’s disclaims all liability for any malfunction, suspension or interruption of the Site or hotline, including inaccessibility due to network problems.
